Our ethos is simple…

Christian and Nick

Our clients are offered the choice of a fee that represents their experience of working with us and our buyers are treated with equal respect. We work flexibly, without compromising connection.

By each of our team working with no more than ten clients, we ensure they receive a focused and personal service. There when needed, we work transparently and collaboratively.

Whenever practical, journeys are taken on foot, by bike or we use public transport. Our web hosting is powered by renewable energy, we work from co-working spaces and we don’t do boards.

Our business embodies a passionate commitment to the environment. We are members of 1% for the Planet and have partnered with Ecologi to offset our carbon emissions.

We recently completed the sale of our flat with Christian’s help. I honestly don’t think we’d have got to the finish line if it wasn’t for his calm and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Christian is an estate agent who understands what it is to part with a much loved family home and ensures the process is as smooth and stress free as possible.

Christian helped us with an extremely tricky negotiation and purchase of our new home in difficult market conditions. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, calm and authoritative. We really couldn’t have done it without him. Best of all he is very friendly, personable and kind. In short nothing like a normal estate agent and I would go back to him and recommend him every time.

Christian is everything you’d want from an estate agent. He’s friendly, honest, totally down to earth, respectful, thorough, helpful and considerate. A list of traits that so many others promise but sadly fall very short on. And to top all of that, he sold our house quickly and without out too much stress, which is obviously the main thing we were all really after.
